I've got a brand new Skoda Karoq since few weeks and some a+++ole broke my rear brake light.

 

Do you know a shop where I can find the spare part?

The Karoq is still too new to see used genuine parts or aftermarket parts appear. You need to wait for a few more to be crashed and written-off.

 

The best chance you've got really is to order a brand new genuine replacement from your local dealer, or here...

A couple of the main rear light clusters are on eBay, but not the inner boot lights you need. These are expensive too, it would be interesting to know how much brand new ones are...
