Broken headlight guide rails, can i fix them?

Featured Replies

So had an accident with a deer, and the right side, the headlight got popped out, and the two guide rails are broke off practically.  I put the light back, secured with the screw, fits safe, BUT the light sits a bit outwards. Only aesthetic problem. I would like to get it fixed somehow diy, can i make a rail on it, or what could i do? OEM headlight costs 400€ :(

Can you find a second hand headlight from a car breakers or Ebay etc?

The headlamp needs to be in the correct position to ensure that the beam is correctly aimed.

cant really, been looking for it the whole week. its xenon, and super expensive. any other way i can fix it?

see if it can be re aligned as it should be secure if slid into position and the plastic nut screwed tight, worth a try, shouldn't cost a fortune,
