Bilstein suspension kit

Hello guys. 

My story: 

- I had a set of eibach pro kit springs on my vrs estate with standard dampers and the ride quality was awesone, but the lowering not so much. (20 mm front, 10 mm back)

- i wanted something more, so i bought a bilstein b14 kit, the height adjustable one. The lowering is great ( just how i wanted, near the tire), but the ride quality, not so much. Is too bumpy. I can feel every little rock in the road. 

My question:

Does anyone have on their mk3 vrs or non vrs, bilstein b12 kit ?  ( the one with shorter dampers and eibach sporline springs, non adjustable) ? 

1.How is the ride quality, lowering ( 25 mm all around as far as i know) ? 

2. Can i change my springs with eibach sportline springs on my b14 dampers? Does they fit? Or i would need b12 dampers?
