2014 Octavia with broken MIB1 Columbus

Hi!

I have a 2014 Skoda Octavia With Columbus navigation system.

Now there is no sound from the unit.

The Skoda dealers checked the car, and they say the main unit is broken.

Part number: 5E0 035 043 A.

Do anybody know if it is possible to use other types of units?

I cannot find any used units here in Norway.

Could also be interesting to put in a unit With DAB. 

And if I use an other unit, what about the map then?

I know the dealer has to activate the new unit, but will it work properly with an other unit than the original one?

I would be very happy if somebody could help me with this.
