Hello everyone 

I’m looking for some help the other day my 2008 /58 Octavia 1.9tdi BXE decided to show me that the coil light worked and blinked at me and had been doing for the past few days 😔

after a quick scan the only code I got was 00551 throttle pedal position sensor / switch C circuit low input 

I won’t get chance to look at he until weekend I’m thinking maybe  pedal or wiring fault but I was hoping for some pointers before taking it to bits

Do your brake lights work? Often flashing coil lights indicate a faulty brake light switch.

yes the brake lights work it was the first thing I checked before plugging computer in I’ve had that in the past

the fault code says throttle pedal low input
