Hoping someone can help please.changing the fuel injectors on a 2010 octavia 1.6 tdi.

The fuel injector washer went down into the rocker cover.i took off the rocker cover and the washer was wedged behind one of the valves.tried to get it out and it went out of sight and looks like it went down a oil crevice at the rear of the valve.

Is it possible it's gone down into the cylinder head? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
