The Honda-E can be bought more powerful, it is heavier, wider, higher and just a little shorter than a Peugeot e-208 & both have 4 doors, so why would that be said to be a class up.

It just happens to have a bigger battery so more range can be achieved.

Price and size they look the same class to me but the Honda is just a bit heavy without a big battery.  Like the Mini Electric is which is a 2 door.
