Shifting AT D1 D2 to D (Manual mode) sometimes while driving

In Laura 2010 AT transmission, While driving AT D1 D2 goes as D without going go manual mode(when car moves slow in traffic). This will recover once restart the engine.

Please let me know the cause for this and fix for the same.
