Aircon

Featured Replies

Hi all, I’m sam from Singapore. Would like to check what’s wrong with my aircon as when i on it full blast, the indicator is all working fine but no air blowing out from the vents.
Any idea what’s wrong with it.
Thank you in advance for all the reply.

The most common fault is worn brushes on the motor that powers the fan.

It is located up behind the pollen / cabin filter above the passengers feet, behind the glovebox.

Removing the pollen filter is often enough to gain access, at least enough to give it a tap to see if it springs to life.

I’ve already replaced the whole aircon blowerbut the problem still persists. Thank you

Do you have Climatronic?

Or just regular controls?

Does the blower / fan work on any of the speeds, or just not on the highest setting?

If you have Climatronic then this is unlikely to help, but have you tried restting it?
