Anyone got a Scala with 1.6tdi what real world mpg are you getting? I had a test drive in an SEL 1.6tdi and got 75mpg on trip computer. Doesn't seem realistic.

well I have an Octavia 1.6tdi manual and i can easily get 60 mpg on a reasonable run. For many months we had a speed restriction between juncs 8 and 9 on the M20 London bound for about 15 miles and 50mph and the car frequently said 76mpg. 

 

So I think 75mpg is possible with the Scala that you have driven given the right conditions and driving style. 

If really over 75 miles the car only used 4.562 litres that is great,

but if you just used 10 gallons and went 750 miles that would be super dooper.

Thanks for the replies. Had mine 2 weeks and done 800 Miles. Mostly fast A roads which have quite a few long steep hills getting 58mpg so far. 

Highest I've had over a 100 mile run is 70mpg all A roads.
