BMW 340d Xdrive

Featured Replies

Apparently BMW has just softly announced a replacement for the 335d. Popped up on my phone notifications this morning.

A 340hp 700nm 340d XDrive.

I'm struggling to thin  what I might chop in the BMW for  since nothing I've found has evrything in one package like the 335d. I suppose it might be a 340d.

Can't find any stories about this yet except in Spanish.

Story this morning said that a touring was on the way. Maybe today's story was it being released to market.

My 335d is going in to get the wheels powder coated next week. Bye bye useless diamond cut wheels. If the car it looking tidier I might keep it longer, it needs all four sets of disks and pads done as well. I've been paying the extended warranty and the danm thing hasn't missed a beat.

My family members one is getting another set of tyres on this week.

3rd set. Alloy damage is just what it is.  New Discs and pads were done locally for the last MOT.

I've not found it bad on tyres, certainly better than I expected but it depends how you drive it I guess.

Locals were impressed by my drifting round roundabouts on the icy roads this mornings I'm sure 😁

3 Alloys had been refurbed before I got the car, the clear coat failed on them all within 6 months not covered by warranty because they were refurbed. The last one (the only original) started to go this winter.

Well someone is not driving as though Miss Daisy is in the car....

Kirriemuir was fun this morning.
