Anyone used Motorline Direct Ltd in Leicestershire?

I'm looking round for a new vehicle at the moment and have spotted a potential at Motorline Direct in Leicestershire (just off J23 on M1). I've never used them before (in fact, not even sure I've heard of them before) but their reviews are....mixed! To be fair, some of the less rosy reviews look like people being a bit unreasonable, but I was just wondering if anyone here has used them in the past? And if so, would you recommend them?

EDIT: Just noticed they charge a £99 "admin fee" on every car. Whilst I realise that a lot of places do this, it really annoys me!! 😡 If there's a mandatory charge that it's impossible to avoid, it should be included in the advertised price!!! Grrrrrr!!!!
