Just got a brand new superb 2021 dynamic 

cant use apple car play and display it is not enabled

any thoughts how to get it running 

I'd suggest you do exactly what the screen is telling you.

But be quick coz dealers are probably gonna shut again from Thursday!

Well i have contacted them and they said it is not possible 

hope there is a work around 

and no closing for us here in Egypt 😊
