Is anyone here registered to use the Skoda digital service system and could provide me with a copy of my Octavia record?

 

The dealer who did all the servicing says they can only send me a screenshot of the vehicle history screen 🤷🏻‍♂️
 

Before Skoda pulled the app you could save a pdf of all entries. The car is being returned to the finance company and I’d rather give them a print out instead of invoices.

A servicing dealer will be able print out a service history, I got a print out without requesting it last week when my Octavia was serviced.

I asked the dealer I got the servicing and maintenance carried out at. All they give me is a screenshot of VMS.

 

I phoned another 2 local to me and was told if the car wasn’t in at them for any work they can’t do anything for me....

That''s not true, ANY Skoda dealer can access the service record of ANY Skoda car whether it's in their workshop or not.

Local dealer should be able to print it out for you, Henry's Skoda used to be decent but ain't used them in a while now after a bad experience, Arnold Clark could also do it but not the easiest company to deal with. I'm pretty sure you can access the digital service history on Erwin it just costs some money
