GPS Arial

Featured Replies

Not a mechanic but enthusiastic diyer. I have a skoda superb mk2 with  RNS510 Columbus. My sat nav has decided I'm in Germany. Checked out the maps and found it's not seeing any satelites. Looked through various sites and suspect I need to check the GPS arial. Where can I find a step by step guide to checking, cleaning and if necessary replacing it. I assume the head liner needs to be removed which is a bit daunting...

Mine was the same , I bought a universal gps aerial off ebay  and it now works great , The gps thingy fits on the dash or where ever , no pulling the headlinig off which worried me that it would not go back right
