Upgrade radio/sat nav DX unit

I am looking into trying to upgrade a friends Superb L&K early 2008. Is it possible to fit a later VAG unit that allow use of a non CD SAT NAV disc yet still keep the maxi dot audio info.

2013 Yeti TDi L&K Boot Floor height with/without spare wheel?

I have a 2013 Yeti with the spare wheel under the boot floor. I understand this raises the boot floor. I am looking to get rid of the wheel and have a lower boot floor, releasing more space? Hopefully?!..Does anybody know if a kit is available of what parts are required, or even if it is possible to retro fit? With 2 children every inch of extra space would be appreciated!

Hello 👋🏻 to all on Briskoda, I wonder if I can ask for some help please. We have recently purchased our first ever Skoda. It’s impressed us so far being a vRS 2.0 TSI Manual. Yesterday our Roomster started beeping and flashing the warning light about the ABS. My first thought was to replace the ABS sensors – they are around £7 each and seem to be easy enough to replace by removing the rear wheels. I could also give the connections a bit of a clean at the same time. What are my chances chances of fixing the issue within 45 minutes of DIY work? I don’t have any diagnostic tools, but if this is a common fault with an easy fix it would be great to know what other peo

I have a 2010 Fabia 1.2 and the ODB port isn't playing ball. Tried 2 different scanners and they both fail to auth with the ECU. I initially thought it might be a bad fuse so I replaced num 22, didnt change a thing. Slipped the port out of the dash and made sure that the wires are fully seated in the connector, no change. I've tried with electrics on and also engine on, doesn't make a difference. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to look for next?
