A couple of years back the boot locking mechanism wouldnt allow the boot lid to close.  Nothing I did would would allow the locating pins to go in to the lock mechanism as it was already closed.  I had to resort to taking out the mechanisms to even get he boot to close.  Where would I start to try and work out why this is not working properly?  The mechanism allows the twindoor function to operate.  

Wiring issue?
