Some mindless idiots broke off the front wiper arm on my son's Citigo last night (and slashed all four tyres!)

Can someone tell me what size socket I need to give him to take off and replace the arm? I was going to give him the right socket to take back.

Secondly, got a recommended source for a cheap front wiper arm for a 2012 Citigo?

Hey, it's probably no help by this point, I feel like it's a 12mm socket for the bolt and you can get a wiper arm here
