Hello, can anybody advise, the emissions light has come on in my Fabia, is it OK to still drive the veihicle, until I can get it booked in at the garage.

If it's not gone into limp mode, then I would say it's OK to drive it (at your risk of course) but try to get it booked in ASAP.
