How to remove the plastic cover of the wiper motor.No screws or plastic clips visible.Tried to pull from the glass end but very difficult.

The cover on my Spaceback is held on by two plastic rivets and two metal clips. The clips are at a funny angle, which made replacement fiddly. 

 

Have you tried using a trim removal tool?

Used trim removal tool and brute force.Inside are 2 metal clips holding it.

Job done.
