So, I am 4 days into ownership and haven’t yet managed to get the sat nav organised.  It is my understanding from previous posts that the co-ordinates issue cannot be easily resolved which is disappointing as to store co-ordinates as off-road is useless.  I am finding this a major hassle as I rejected another model based on the what I imagined was the size and usefulness of the sat nav on the Kamiq.  Can anyone direct me to a video which explains how to use it?  Thanks in advance.

Well no. My suggestion would be to use a satnav app on your phone rather than a VAG pratnav.

Try the Skoda website.  There are a number of videos there for owners, although I can't guarantee there is one on using the satnav
