Vibrating after warming up

(1.9 BLT) When idling is quiet okay, but when heat up start a bit vibrating, not really bad just wanna know what causes it? Flywheel just a 2 weeks old on it, vibrating was worst before clutch change, may engine mount? Maybe due to a lot of vibrating from flywheel, the engine mount weakened? Or any other idea? Thanks
