Columbus Map Update - Certain Countries Only

Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone could help me on this one. I have a 2018 Karoq with the Columbus system (MIB2 I presume). It still has the 2018 maps on it so I've downloaded the 2020 update, unzipped, and ready for install. I'm using a USB stick.

Rather than update all countries I'm considering just updating for Ireland and the UK if that's possible. My question, if i delete all the other country files beforehand will the system simply just take what's on the USB stick and update those, leaving the other countries untouched. I guess I could just try it, but if anyone has done something similar it might save me faffing about / wasting time doing things twice.
