Climatronic temperature

Hi all

Been having problems with temperature in the car lately. Nearly all winter and spring temperature has been on 22c both sides. 

Have noticed anything under 24c is cold the 24c is full heating. There's no in between

Even with air con on sometimes its not fully cold. 

Youtube pointed at heater flap motor. No codes and vcds isn't showing any issues. 

Have looked underneath dash and that little motor thing is moving nicely with temperature adjustment but feels like its that loose that it swings but returns slightly. 

Any ideas what its called, does it sound like its at fault, is easy to do
