Problems with Skoda Lite data plug connection. It says PIN incorrect.

My Karoq is coming up to a year old and I am not willing to pay for Skoda Connect but instead I want to use the Skoda Lite app and a data plug.  I bought a VW data plug from Ebay (as recommended on this forum) and inserted it but when I tried to Bluetooth pair it with my phone, I got the error message that the PIN was not recognised.  I tried several times  with the same result.  Can anyone help?  Thanks in advance.

Double check your inputting the correct pin and be careful not to mix up an O for a 0.

Ta. Just checked and I had confused 0 for O.  All is good and now connected
