Kamiq rear fog light condensation after wash/rain

Featured Replies

Hi all, has anyone had to deal with bad condensation in the rear fog light after washing or rain. I have not gone back to dealer yet even though l only have the car one month. Anybody got any suggestions on how to fix permanently as l don't want to have to heat treat this every time l wash it or it rains! If l have to go back to dealer and fight my corner l will or would a pin size hole be an OK fix in the long term? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Cheers everyone!

Hi everyone just to let people know that l had my fog light changed under warranty due to the condensation that would not clear up. Dealership where great, no issues in ordering a new unit under warranty, only thing was they had never fitted one before and it took 2.5 hrs.

All happy now going to enjoy the car as it is a dream to drive, my best friend has a 2021 E-class and I'd rather be in the Kamiq.

Cheers everyone!
