Can anyone confirm whether it's possible to retrofit the Skoda GSM Prep kit into a 2005 Octavia?

I appreciate that the aftermarket kits are much cheaper, but I like the way the pre-installed kit integrates with the dash controls.

Nope can't be done. Obviously if you pay enough money anything is possible but by my reckoning for full integration you are looking at around

Thanks for that - the Parrot would be my choice too if I have to go for a bolt on.

Do you happen to know if the CK-3100 will work with the Skoda 2DIN satnav unit?

The Sat Nav HU should still have the tel-in input that the stream and audience HU's have ok. Failing that the Parrot comes with a speaker cable loom that allows it to 'hi-jack' the speakers from the HU. The only disadvantage to this 2nd method is you cant control call volume via the HU or steering wheel controls and 'Phone' isnt displayed on the radio and maxidot when a call is in progress.
