USB lead

Featured Replies

I picked up my new (22 plate) fabia on Friday and went to plug my phone (Samsung) in to charge it but the lead I used in my last car (17 plate) is too big. Probably a very silly question but do I need a specific lead or do I just buy a micro usb lead? Please don’t judge me on what seems like a very silly question!

It might be a USB-C socket in the newer cars, so check online manual.

Search for Skoda manual and have VIN or input car model/year.

They are USB-C connectors in my Scala, and remarkably flimsy, my phone disconnects from android auto far too often for comfort, and the media player seems to revert to the first track on the USB stick if you as much as give the USB stick a stern look......
