Suzuki keyring, I could see it was $4.99 in the catalogue he looked in to order it, he tries to charge me $6.99 plus sales tax (about $7.50 total).

Told him I can read upside down, will pay $4.99+tax as per MRSP, or I'll leave it thank you very much.

Have had several Zuks in the past, (SJ's Jimnys Vitaras & Grand Vitaras and my much missed Swift GTi) and our dealer was a small local one. Very good, reasonable prices and willing to discount. Then they became a massive multi-franchised lot!

Awful service, poor customer care and not a chance of a discount & all the best staff left!:D

This was a bike shop, I had a DR650 dirtbike ;) although I use the term dirtbike loosely as any biker will understand*

*160kg is generally considered a bit on the heavy side for a dirtbike ;)
