Hi I need to run a twin 30amp power cable through the bulkhead it's to power a amateur radio I have tried running it from cig socket on half power as it draws approx 22 amp on full but it's picking up noise from the car so I'm going to run straight to battery with a suppressor in line just how and where to get the cable through as unable to see any route any help appreciated. No help with where to run your cable,

other than is next to the bonnet release cable not a possibility.Works with a Mk2 Fabia.

 

Are you not better running the cable to the rear for an auxiliary battery and wiring from there for the amateur radio?

I've not looked at bonnet release I will check it out I am using a lifepo4 battery in footwell when parked up but wanted a more permanent install I ordered a cable threader for going through the grommet but when had a look could not see one 

You can get in through a grommet on the driver's side scuttle panel. You have to remove the windscreen wiper to get the panel off then you will see other cables going into the car through a grommet.
