Hello.
The kick of the transmission when lowering from 4 to 3 is being treated with something?
Judging by the discussions on the forums, this is not the case for everyone, somewhere they write that these are the features of the box, somewhere that it’s running in, somewhere that “They reset the adaptation of the box” and everything went away.

Looking at your first post in the other section it is a 1.4 TSI that you have.   & a 4x4.

 

Is this a DSG you have on your car?     

 

  I did not know that there were 2021 Karoq with a 1.4 TSI so really no idea about them, but anything other than smooth is just not right.

    Find out if you have a DQ200 box, as there is a fault that states this...

     

    "Noises when changing to 3rd gear - DSG DQ 200 gearbox"

     

    It's all about an issue with 3rd gear, 4th to 3rd or 2nd to 3rd.

    Not a DQ200 if it has Haldex, so must be like a Kodiaq 1.4 TSI with Haldex if a 7 speed. A DQ381.
