Suggestions please for helping the performance and ride on my 2.0tdi (140Kw) Superb. E.g. best remap company, best dampers. I'm not a boy racer but I'm guessing there is a lot of room for improvement! It currently is stock with 18" wheels. No DCC. 6 speed manual.

My favourite are Shark Performance for remaps, they are no longer trading, but Ben who owned the company not does the remaps for RacingLine. 
 

You also can’t go far wrong with Bilstein suspension, far better than OE. 

Suspension is so subjective it's hard to recommend. I personally like quite a supportive setup with a stiff rear roll bar to limit lean. I also like bilstein b6 shocks but they are quite stiff when combined with lowering springs. With stock springs they are good and combined with a stiffer rear bar would provide quite a sporty drive while maintaining some comfort.
