1st and 2nd gears clunky. Dealer says all are. Thinks it might be "tired fingers on clutch". In 60 years of motoring and repairing, I' ve never heard of it before. Says they won't know if it is warranty until they remove gearbox. Any thoughts welcome.

Diesel 4Wd edition. 28000 miles. Bought secondhand.

What warranty is it, the remainder of the Manufacturers warranty, an extended one or a Skoda Approved Used Warranty? 

Have you read the T&C's?

When was the car built.

 

What do they think would have the warranty covering it, a design or manufacturing fault?

Not heard of issues on here but maybe i missed them.

Skoda extended 2 year warranty. How do I find build date? They didn't commit themselves yes, read t&cs.
