I've read many of the other postings discussing the various options for playing MP3s in my Octavia.

  • Replacing the head unit loses the information such as parking sensor, air conditioning etc
  • Connecting an iPod is a security hazard &, as both my wife & I dive the car, there is no benefit of being able to take the iPod with me (my wife would complain :(
  • So, unless I've missed any other possibility, the only option for me is a MP3 changer
