Wiring Colors for Rear Taillight

Good day commentors, 

 

I would like to know which wire color indicates Power, Ground, reversing, Turn Signal, Park Light and Breaking please. 

 

I have a Skoda Octavia Mk1. I would like to switch the current part with another design.

If you have a multimeter it shouldn't be too difficult to work out which wire is for what.
