Obdeleven reviews

Featured Replies

I have been plodding along with Researching what scanner to buy, I looked seriously at Obdeleven untill I read the latest reviews, I don't think I will be going down that route!, back to the drawing board.

I went onto the obdeleven website, clicked on the product I was interested in, and you can then scroll to reviews.

Oh well in that case I can see why you were discouraged.

Absolutely shocking!

UPDATE 😁

following on from my original post I would just like to update the post with what code reader I bought and why.

After hours and hours of YouTube reviews and online reviews and searching, I decided to buy a cheap (£28) Streetwize reader from Toolstation. After all my research I decided the more expensive higher end reader's / scanners were really over kill for my purpose, I have used the reader to check my car for pending code's and all is good. It is of course a very basic tool but it will for now more than serve my needs, as much as I can appreciate the superiority of the more expensive and complex reader / scanners I think with my basic skill set in this field they would be wasted on me 😕, and if I had  bought one of the more expensive models with all the  advanced features I'm sure it would have only been a matter of time before I started messing around with things that should really be left alone and eventually cocking it all up 😁, so with my little reader I can plug it in and check what I need to with out the risk of getting carried away.

All you people with the more advanced higher end scanner / readers I do envy your ability to work one of those, but as I have said I would do more harm than good with one of those. Happy scanning everyone 👍😉
