cold air comes in

Hi all,

I own a 2016 Superb 2.0 4x4 L&K.

I'm experiencing an issue where no warm air comes in when I choose the Auto settings. If I switch to manual and set the blower to higher than 2 or 3, only cold air comes in.

Additionally, I've noticed something interesting: at speeds between 50-70 km/h with manual settings, everything seems okay. However, at speeds above 100 km/h, only cold air is coming through.

Any hints on what the issue might be or what I can try?

I've already tried resetting and calibrating the climatronic, but it doesn't seem to help.
