Can anyone help me to enable locking door from inside until unless driver unlocks them.. 

Yesterday, I have encountered a situation where one of mate suddenly opened door while driving in lock button on and the door got opened..

What’s the age, model and trim level you have? 

2023 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline

Best put those that might be inclined to open doors when the vehicle is moving into the rear and activate the 'Child Locks'. 

 

Do not lock an adult in the front unable to get out if you crash into a river, unless giving them a 'Luxtude car window breaker'. 

I am not sure they could be trusted with one if they are the kind that open doors when moving.
