Hi people, really need a bit of advice regarding my skoda fabia vrs 2006 pd130, if anyone can help, basically I had an alternator/tensioner fail big time which led to the drive belt shredding off quite dramatically to the point it wrapped itself around quite a lot of the engine including the timing belt, which I have now discovered caused the timing to skip around 3 or 4 steps so quite likely valves are damaged, it won't start either another clue, but the car itself is absolutely solid and I would desperately love to keep it if it's at all possible, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions with regards to possibly rebuilding/replacing the engine or part of the engine, possible costs basically any suggestions at all rather than having to part with it, before this situation it had around 125,000 miles on it, any help, questions, suggestions would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance 😊
