fans does not stop when the car is shutted off or even when is the engine cold

Hello Everyone:

i have the following problem, i have an Fabia 2019 restyling  and   is the third time that  the car when i shut off the car the fans does not shut off and  started to listen also at first  an noise coming from the reservoir of  coolant an  gurgling noise and   then the fan start to kick  at fullest speed and the only way to  stop it is unplugging the battery and   the next morning the problem still, but  the most odd part is that when go to accessories  or open, close an door or plug an phone charger  the fans stops for a couple minutes and then kicks off again at full speed,  usually  the first two times  the problem disappeared  when the battery was unplugged which is frustrating since  when go to the shop  just they do not find anything wrong.

to somebody have  happened this same  problem and what could be the cause of this, i am really confused and disappointed at same time.
