Hi, happy new owner of a 2021 Octavia iV PHEV here.

I'm installing a phone on the dashboard but the build in USB ports are quite useless.

So I would like to install a 12 volt QC charger there somewhere in the dashbaord.

 

Either from under the build in Wireless charger with the 2 USB-C ports

Or from inside the dashboard just above this charging pad.

 

How hard is it to open the build in wireless charger and find 12 volt under there somewhere?

 

 

 

Ok I'm in... Remove the rubber inside.
You will see a hard plastic inside with a few holes.
Insert a long screwdriver and lift.
It will pop out, no screws.
