Superb Combi, bumper cut for tow hook

Hello,

 

proud owner of a new/old skoda Superb Combi from 2022... The car has an OEM tow hook but the bumper is not cut (do not ask me how and why :) )... The hook, electrical, and everything is inside the bumper... Does anyone know how and where to cut the bumper? Does the bumper have cut lines maybe on the inside?

 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There is an indent on the inside of the valance that shows exactly where it needs to be cut.
