Air wents problem?

So i bought new Scala. When i turn the AC on "face vents", the air blows much more stronger from the center console air wents and barely anything blows from side ones.

Only when i close the center console air wents or almost close it, the air starts coming from side airwents.

It's this design or should i take the car to the mechanic?
