2020 Superb loses settings

Featured Replies

My 2020 Superb loses heated steering wheel settings. I have set it to go on medium heat when I put my seat heating on. Next time I start the car, it is usually in the low setting and sometimes the automatic steering wheel heater with seat heating turns off completely. I tried to save that to my memory seat but it didn't work. I tried resetting the infotainment via power button and also took the fuse out but it just does not want to remember my settings. Has anyone had same issues and what was the fix?
