Just taken delivery of a DV30 recirculating valve off a fellow member.

Could anyone talk me through/show me pics, how to fit it

Im a bit inexperienced with a spanner, would it be a job for a more experienced person.

You're going to need to get some jubilee clips before you start as the OEM clips are a "one shot" jobs and removal generally mean prying them off.

Pretty simple...look carelly at the connections when removing the original DV....then just replace like for like with the Bailey.

Hopefully you've also be supplied with the right angle connection for the top else the engine cover won't sit down properly.

Denis...DGW....has some pics of when the DV30 was first fitted to my RS...I'm sure he'll post them up at some point.

The DV here has an elbow (rightangle) adaptor fitted on top which helps keep the small pipe clear of the plastic engine cover.

Its got the right angle bit attatched, so hopefully I will be ok.

The old clips were a fecker to get off

But all done now
