Has anybody got, or does anybody know where I can download, an installation manual for a Clifford Concept 550 alarm?

Mine is playing up, and I need to investigate :confused:

I called the company that fitted the alarm, and they reckon that the starting problem I'm having isn't related to the alarm wiring. Mind you, he couldn't explain why the Clifford unit was capable of locking the car, but not unlocking it again, so I'm not entirely convinced.

Are the dealer an authorised dealer? Also the manual you are looking for is a fitting guide that is not available on Clifford's website.
