Has anyone used this company? At the moment they are the cheapest by alot for insuring a Furby vRS

They are part of the Admiral group (same as Admiral and Elephant) and are insured at Lloyd's so secure enough. Not sure what their claims paying / admin is like though as have never insured through them.
