Driving to work this morning, my dashboard has developed an annoying squeak. It happens during the cars body role on the uneven roads. It does sound to come from under the centre of the console and working its way over to the left side.

Its something that has come loose because its making the noise of some thing that tight, but not tight enough.

Anyone got any ideas?

May car still has 3 months warranty left on it. Is this something which would be covered?

My dashboard creaks all the time with body flex but that is due to two things:

1) Suspension being so hard;

2) When it's really cold in the mornings;

When it's warm it's not a problem............

Well it was a bit nippy this morning, but I've never noticed it before. May have to get used to it cause I will be getting stiffer springs in the next few weeks. Its only noticeable on crap roads....

mine started doing this this evening. A squeak somewhere from the drivers side...I just turned the stereo up a bit more lol. Bit annoying though.
