I have a blaupunkt stereo in my octy and at moment it needs 3 adapters on the wiring loom.

To cut a long story short I want to make one adapter out of the three. I have checked the wiring and it is possible. I just have one obstacle in the way and that is getting the pins out of the plugs. Does anyone know where I can get a pin removal tool from ? or is there a more DIY way of getting them out ? I thought they would be easy to get hold of but have so far searched in vain.
