HOW MANY LITRES OF OIL DO I NEED , TO DO OIL CHANGE ,DONT WANT TO BUY TO MUCH AS ITS COSTLY

AND HOW THE BLEEDING HELL DO YOU GET THE AIRFILTER CHANGED

CAR IS SUPERB COMFORT 130 BHP PD DIESEL 2004

IIRC, 4 lts will JUST do it, but wont give you anything for topping up between services.

The air filter is simple, the cover is held on by 4 spring clips, if you undo the large jubilee clip at the front of the housing it will make it easier to remover the top cover.

I got 5ltr of PD oil from GSF car parts. Cost about £40 but is good stuff and left me 1ltr for top-ups. The air filter is easy to change and is just a case of removing the 4 clips as stated above and putting the new one in.

£38 got me 5L of millers XF long life VW506.1 0w-30 or VW507 5w-30 oil from MDC.

I would use a genuine filter personally.
